Responsibilities
Reporting to the CRM Manager, the CRM Executive will manage the email and mobile app marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include overseeing the creative, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery of email and mobile notifications, as well as automated campaigns. The role involves tracking performance, optimising CRM communications, and increasing customer engagement by targeting key segments. Building a strong relationship with the email service provider and staying updated on industry trends is essential.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills. A degree-level education, experience with email service providers, and data segmentation are required. Retail experience is preferred but not essential.
