As the CRM Campaign Manager, you’ll be the maestro of all things campaign-related, conducting a symphony of emails, newsletters, and future CRM channels that make customers sing with joy (and loyalty). You’ll balance short-term commercial goals and long-term customer engagement like a pro tightrope walker. This role gives you the freedom to flex your entrepreneurial muscles and make your mark on the CRM success.


Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

Craft and execute killer CRM campaigns that align with business goals. Use your data wizardry to personalize and dazzle your audience. Partner with marketing and creative geniuses to whip up irresistible content that screams “open me now!” while staying true to the brand. Mastermind segmentation techniques to hit the bullseye with tailored campaigns for each customer segment.


Oversee every step of email marketing campaigns, from setup to launch to optimization. Get ready to juggle multiple CRM channels soon! Own testing agenda like a boss. Document your findings and adjust swiftly. Leverage Salesforce to its fullest. Monitor, analyse, and tweak campaign performance metrics to squeeze out maximum impact and ROI. Work with rockstar teams across marketing, sales, and IT to keep CRM strategies in sync with company goals.


Your Superpowers:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in email marketing. Been there, done that, got the segmented T-shirt. Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge would be a HUGE bonus. Extra points if you can make it sing and dance. Analytical prowess with experience using Salesforce, GA4, A/B testing tools, and more. Numbers are your friends. Stellar communication and project management chops. Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
