The Role
It’s not every day you come across such an exciting role as a ‘CRM Manager’ with a brand this incredible, but what does it require? You’ll manage a team and really support them with continuously improving CRM, while delivering weekly/monthly reports on campaigns and performance. You’ll have full ownership over the relationship with the email service provider, managing all areas – making sure all areas are being pushed to their full potential. Someone who loves keeping up to date with trends can make a huge impact to this brand, identifying industry leading strategies and improving engagement. There’s no day quite the same with this role, always thinking on your feet and just joining the amazing team!
The Person
Less talking about the incredible brand and more about what you could bring to the table as a ‘CRM Manager’. There’s a lot of independence in this role, so being able to work without supervision and be trusted to put your all into every task is credited. Now, of course you must have the essentials, CRM experience, knowledge of ESPs etc, but it’s really all about bringing enthusiasm and energy to the team. There’s nobody better for this role than someone who has a real passion for fashion and is willing to step outside of their comfort zone to help this brand overtake anyone else on the market… The sky is the limit!
