The Role 

In this role, you will take charge of shaping the way consumers interact with the brand across their website’s, marketplaces, and physical stores, with a primary focus on ensuring a positive brand experience. As the CX Manager, your responsibilities encompass overseeing site operations, managing site content, optimising conversion rates, and mapping out the entire consumer journey from pre-purchase to post-purchase phases. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to identify pain points and develop tailored solutions, effectively serving as the linchpin that unites all these teams, guarenteeing a seamless and flawless consumer experience throughout the entire journey.

Reporting directly to the GM of eCommerce and overseeing a team of 4 direct reports and 11 individuals in total, this role is all about championing the consumer. Your mission is to advocate for the consumer, continually enhancing their interaction with this incredible brand. 

The Person

WE are looking for someone who has pertinent experience in eCommerce, project management, operation who can bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Passion for the industry is a must as well as unwavering enthusiasm for captivating and cutting-edge eCommerce and Digital Retail experiences. You will need to have adept problem-solving skills, task management and sharp critical thinking skils.
