The Role

  • Promotional Schedule Management: Own the delivery of the promotional schedule, ensuring the correct promotions and events are visually prioritised across all UK & IE digital platforms.
  • Homepage Content Optimization: Manage homepage content to ensure it is fully optimized for conversion rate and revenue at all times.
  • Performance Feedback: Provide feedback to Commercial Planning and Buying Teams on the efficacy of promotions and proactively make suggestions to enhance campaign performance.
  • Digital Merchandising Support: Collaborate with the Digital Merchandising team to support the delivery of their campaign offers across all digital platforms, prioritizing those that drive the most value.
  • Campaign Merchandising: Manage the briefing and uploading of all campaign-related merchandising banners across all UK & IE platforms.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously A/B test all campaign merchandising assets to ensure revenue and conversion are maximized.
  • Performance Measurement and Analysis: Measure, analyze, and report regularly on the performance of all campaign assets, using insights to make continuous recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Management: Effectively manage a Campaign Assistant to support all campaign merchandising activities.
