They are looking for talented Customer Director to join their team based in the heart of London. This brand has been operating for over 15 years and is now a go to jewellery brand for many, including the likes of Gigi Hadid, Meghan Markle, and Kendall Jenner!
The newly appointed ‘Customer Director’ will own and manage the brands global digital strategy ensuring continuous improvement across the brands digital platforms. You will oversee performance across all digital marketing channels including – Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, CRM & Loyalty, and Affiliates. You will work closely with the wider business to set KPI’s in line with the brands growth targets.
