The Role 

You will be in charge of overseeing the daily operations and execution of the website, including managing and reporting on trade activities at various intervals. Responsibilities encompass detailed analysis of key business drivers, devising action plans to meet sales targets, and utilizing resources to analyze seasonal sales patterns and competitor behavior. Collaborating with key stakeholders, the role involves planning the digital trading calendar, leading on-site promotions, and contributing to trading strategy and product development. Ensuring alignment with digital marketing strategies across channels and collaborating with optimization teams to enhance customer journeys and meet KPIs.

The Person 

So, what do you need?

Proficient in utilising various analytic tools such as Google Analytics, BI, and Excel, with a proven track record of creating and running reports to monitor success. Demonstrating a history of achieving targets, staying ahead of competitors, and consistently delivering excellence. Specific expertise includes financial planning, digital metric forecasting, and constructing digital business cases. Adept at sharing information clearly, influencing stakeholders, and collaborating with colleagues. Experienced in digital trading or similar e-commerce roles, skilled in interpreting data to identify sales improvement opportunities. Additionally, familiarity with working on highly available and scalable software and platforms.
