We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Programme Director to take a lead role for our multi-million dollar Digital Salesforce Transformation programme. This strategic role is critical to the success of our organisation’s digital journey, driving the transformation of our digital, marketing operations through the implementation of Salesforce. The Programme Director will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to drive maximum value from the programme to ensure the seamless delivery of this complex, high-impact programme. |

· Co-own the end-to-end delivery of the Salesforce Transformation programme, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic goals and business objectives. |
· Adjudicate needs versus wants around requirements / products / value – ensure we are operating in a fashion that delivers maximal value at appropriate effort · Act as an independent (from internal and external teams) in a programme advisory and assurance capacity, reviewing deliverables, obligations (contractual and informal) and objectives – seeking to maintain a view of time / cost / quality for SteerCo and the wider organisation · Take accountability for programme PMO / secretariat activities ensuring governance and process are fit for purpose (I’ve assumed that was in your mind) · Partner with the Digital, Technology teams and external partners as part of the overall programme leadership |
· Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing regular updates on programme status, risks, and issues, and ensuring that business needs are met throughout the transformation. |
· Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues related to the programme, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed. |
· Coordinate with the Finance Leader on the program to Oversee and report on the programme budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting of all financials. |
· Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure the Salesforce solution meets the highest standards of functionality, performance, and user experience. |
· Drive continuous improvement throughout the programme lifecycle, leveraging lessons learned and best practices. |

Capabilities required |
Qualifications, experience, skills and behaviours needed to do this role competently. |
Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading large-scale IT programmes, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce implementations. |
Proven track record of successfully delivering multi-million dollar digital transformation initiatives. |
Strong background in stakeholder management, with experience in partnering with both business and IT leaders. |
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. |
