The Role
As the Head of eMerchandising, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic merchandise plans and purchasing strategies to support the global growth of the website. This entails maintaining optimal stock levels, enhancing online product performance, and effectively communicating the company’s product vision. This role will involve reporting to both the eCommerce Director and SVP of Merchandising.
This position will be based in Madrid as part of the Omnichannel team. You will lead a team of eMerchandisers and collaborate closely with the broader Omnichannel team, as well as the Central and Regional Merchandising teams. You will play a pivotal role in executing the OneStock strategy, ensuring that the eCommerce vision is integrated and consistently applied throughout the decision-making processes to streamline and optimise online business operations.
