This Doctor is deeply involved in the brand, ensuring his research on skin health translates into the products. What makes the range truly unique is its incorporation of over 100 different plants, herbs, flowers and fruits sourced from around the globe—each selected for their specific skincare benefits. 
The products are stocked by luxury retailers such as Selfridges, Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Farfetch, and TK MAXX, showcasing their appeal across different markets. It’s a blend of nature and science, carefully crafted for those seeking high-performance skincare.

The Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the UK market, ensuring alignment with the overall business and brand objectives. You’ll analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and the competitive landscape to uncover growth opportunities, while planning and executing all new product development (NPD) and launch campaigns. 
Working closely with the founder, you’ll provide consumer and market-driven insights to support the product development process. Additionally, you will oversee the creation of engaging marketing campaigns, ensuring all brand communications maintain a consistent tone, image, and values. This role also involves collaborating with external agencies when needed and leading in-store marketing executions in partnership with department stores and retail partners.
