The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital media strategy aligned with the company’s overall marketing goals and objectives. You will oversee all aspects of digital media. Leading the planning, execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, you’ll ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve desired outcomes. You will build, mentor, and manage a high-performing media team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth. Utilizing analytics tools, you will monitor campaign performance, assess media effectiveness, and derive actionable insights, preparing regular reports for stakeholders that showcase key metrics and ROI. Managing the digital media budget will also be crucial, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimization of media spend across channels. Collaboration with internal teams, including creative, content and product marketing, will be essential to develop cohesive messaging and branding across all media platforms. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities, cultivate relationships with media agencies and partners, and drive continuous improvement by testing new channels, formats, and technologies to enhance digital media effectiveness.
