The Role
As the Head of Performance Marketing and Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies across a variety of digital channels to drive growth and boost brand awareness. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on implementation, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. A deep understanding of digital channels, media, emerging platforms, and affiliates will be crucial to your success.
Key responsibilities include creating and executing performance marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives, managing paid media and affiliates to drive site traffic and revenue and overseeing brand awareness campaigns across diverse markets. You will work with creative teams and media agencies to refine targeting, optimise content, and drive customer acquisition and retention. Managing key relationships with affiliates and media agencies will also be a core part of the role, ensuring strong commercial plans and effective performance monitoring through feedback systems like monthly scorecards.
Additionally, you will collaborate with PR and comms teams to integrate brand activities, oversee media asset briefings, and guide the development of top-performing content. You will lead a team, providing training and guidance to drive exceptional performance, and work with internal stakeholders to ensure that marketing initiatives align with brand messaging.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in performance marketing or growth hacking within the luxury goods industry, with expertise in digital channels like paid search, display ads, social media, and affiliates. You should have a track record of driving growth through strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making. Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills are essential, along with a passion for innovation and exploring new channels. A deep understanding of the luxury market and consumer behavior is key and experience with international markets or luxury fragrance and skincare is a plus.
