The Role:
As a Lead Product Manager, you will:
Lead the development and delivery of a portfolio of products, driving strategy, vision, and roadmaps.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and internal insights to guide product innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including User Experience, IT, and Programme Management to ensure seamless product delivery.
Mentor and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering their professional growth.
Own the product lifecycle, using data to measure and optimise performance, while proactively securing funding for key initiatives.
This role gives you the autonomy to shape the future of our products and contribute meaningfully to the overall digital transformation strategy.
The Person:
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Product Professional who:
Has a strong background as both a Product Owner and Product Manager across various domains.
Is a digital advocate with a passion for omni-channel retail and emerging digital trends.
Is data-driven, customer-focused, and a strong communicator.
Enjoys building relationships with diverse stakeholders and thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
Is familiar with technical aspects of product development and Agile/SAFe delivery.
Is proactive, self-motivated, and has experience leading and mentoring teams.
