As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a talented Online Trading Manager to drive their e-commerce success.
The Role
As the Online Trading Manager, you will play a key role in managing the performance of the brand’s e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing trading strategies to maximise sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy: Develop and lead the online trading strategy to increase sales and customer engagement across the website.
Sales & Conversion Optimisation: Monitor daily and weekly sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth, including enhancing conversion rates and average order value (AOV).
Product Management: Manage product listings, promotions, and pricing to ensure the website is optimised for key trading periods, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Performance Analysis: Generate regular performance reports, using key data such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales figures to drive data-informed decisions.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and digital teams to ensure alignment between e-commerce strategies and broader brand initiatives.
Campaign & Promotion Execution: Plan and execute online campaigns and promotions, ensuring successful integration with product and marketing efforts.
Customer Journey Optimisation: Continuously evaluate and improve the customer experience on the website to drive engagement and retention.
The Person
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, analytical individual with a passion for e-commerce and online trading.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in e-commerce trading, ideally within the fashion or accessories sector.
Strong ability to drive sales growth through analysis, optimisation, and strategic planning.
Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and improve performance.
Experience managing product listings, promotions, and CMS platforms to optimise the online shopping experience.
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
