Full Time

The Role

In this dynamic role, the Paid Social and Display Manager will be the mastermind behind the media investment strategies across the UK, US, and Germany. They’re not just about placing ads—they’re about crafting campaigns that make customers sit up, take notice, and engage, all while keeping an eagle eye on costs. This role demands someone who’s as comfortable with numbers as they are with creativity, orchestrating top-tier paid social and display efforts that lead to measurable uplifts in customer behaviour.

On any given day, our manager will be liaising with agencies, dissecting media plans, and diving deep into the data to find out what worked, what didn’t, and most importantly, what can be done better next time. They’ll be the one pitching fresh ideas to internal stakeholders, always on the lookout for new ways to reach customers—whether they’re new to the brand, loyal followers, or those who need a little nudge to come back. Strategic vision is key, as they’ll be plotting the course for future campaigns with the support of senior management.

This person isn’t working in isolation; collaboration is the name of the game. They’ll be teaming up with the Brand, Product, and Customer teams to ensure that creative assets, product feeds, and data strategies are all aligned for peak performance. And it doesn’t stop there—they’ll also be contributing to a broader digital marketing strategy that aims for global reach with a local touch.

The Person

The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience from the fashion or apparel retail world, with a particular flair for US paid media. They know how to measure marketing impact beyond just the basics, and they’re adept at managing agencies as well as getting hands-on with the platforms themselves. They’ll need to be a master multitasker, combining organisational prowess with a keen commercial sense, and they should be ready to drive change with confidence and creativity.

In return, they’ll find themselves in a company that values individuality as much as teamwork, offering a supportive, inclusive environment where they can truly make their mark. With flexible working options, a generous clothing allowance, and a range of other perks, this is more than just a job—it’s a place where the best ideas are celebrated, and the best people can thrive.
