I’m looking for a passionate and dynamic Paid Social and Display Manager. you love diving into data, crafting compelling campaigns, and seeing your strategies come to life, this might be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll manage Paid Social and Display agencies, from briefings to performance reviews, ensuring every penny counts. Sharing weekly reports, you’ll break down what worked, what didn’t, and how you can improve. You’ll pitch fresh, innovative ideas to boost performance for new, existing, and returning customers and shape the strategic roadmap for Paid Social and Display efforts. Collaborating with Brand, Product, and Customer teams, you’ll create top-notch creative content and leverage first-party data for better performance. Partnering with channel leads, you’ll deliver a customer-centric digital marketing strategy with global reach and local precision.
What Your Experience Looks Like:
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the fashion or apparel retail sector. You should have a strong understanding of measuring marketing impact beyond just revenue and ROAS, and a proven track record of effective agency management and hands-on platform experience. Experience with US paid media activations is a plus.
