The Role

Now, let’s talk about the incredible role, this brand is on the hunt for a ‘Senior Digital Marketing Manager’ to join their ever-evolving team, where you’ll be responsible for smashing global targets for all paid media channels across Paid Social, Paid Seach and Display. From crafting a killer cross-channel strategy to diving into uncharted territories, you’ll be all about driving profits and putting the customer first in every paid activation. Teaming up with the Head of Digital, you’ll set KPIs, manage budgets, and crunch numbers to ensure we hit those finance forecasts. You won’t just be a leader; you’ll be a talent nurturer, turning your team into rockstars in their domains, while fostering a ‘test and learn’ vibe, proving channel profitability and getting the whole crew onboard with experimentation.

The Person

As a well-seasoned Digital Marketing expert, you will have thrived in expanding horizons across international markets. You’ll dive into the heart of your capabilities, and you’ll find a knack for unraveling the story behind the data – a skill set complemented by my wizardry in Excel. You will have successfully led and cultivated teams in the digital marketing realm. Beyond the technical realm, your forte will be within in communication, ensuring that the narrative of their digital journey is as compelling as the results you achieve.
