The Role
In this role, you’ll support the Marketing Director as the brand guardian, ensuring brand guidelines, values, and pillars are upheld across all touchpoints. You’ll work directly with the Marketing Director to develop, implement, and assess marketing strategies and omnichannel campaigns, ensuring they deliver both brand and commercial results. You’ll oversee content creation, manage the marketing calendar, and lead the creative hub and team in producing continuous assets. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with PR, social, and other teams to amplify campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging. You’ll be responsible for brand direction on content and shoots, managing CRM strategy, tracking KPIs, and optimizing campaign performance. The role also involves leading market research and managing a team of 9-10 across multiple divisions, including CRM, Social Media, Content, Influencer, PR, and SEO, while supporting team growth and development to meet company objectives.

The Person
They’re looking for someone with extensive experience in global marketing or creative roles, with a focus on delivering content campaigns across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic brief writing and overseeing end-to-end campaign delivery. Additionally, they should possess expertise in leveraging different channels and platforms to effectively reach targeted audiences.
Experience in fast-paced, high-quality creative or editorial environments is crucial, as the role involves reacting to both planned and tactical opportunities. Cross-cultural and global work experience is also required, with a background in retail, e-commerce, or the jewellery industry considered a bonus.
This position requires a strong strategic thinker who can lead creative processes, drive omnichannel marketing strategies, and deliver impactful, results-driven campaigns. The candidate should be highly collaborative, with a proven track record of creating successful campaign strategies, working with agencies, teams, and influencers, and delivering clear brand and product messaging.
A deep understanding of storytelling, audience engagement, and media distribution strategies is essential for this role. The right person will know how to use platforms and channels to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial success, working closely with relevant teams to bring these strategies to life.
