The Role

● Crafting SEO Strategy – Collaborating with the SEO Manager to formulate the website’s SEO roadmap and strategic direction.

● Conducting Keyword Research – Identifying and managing technical aspects of the website to bolster the SEO strategy.

● Team Leadership – Overseeing the SEO Team’s activities on the website, including conducting probationary reviews, facilitating one-on-one sessions, handling employee relations, participating in hiring processes, managing performance, and engaging in Frasers Group’s annual performance cycles.

● Monitoring and Enhancing Reporting and KPIs – Tracking and enhancing the website’s key performance indicators and revenue targets.

● Insightful Analysis – Recognizing opportunities and advancements within the SEO channel through meticulous analysis.

● PR Campaign Collaboration – Collaborating with the SEO Manager to execute SEO-driven link building campaigns.

● Upholding Best Practices – Remaining updated on and contributing to broader industry advancements.

● Sharing Initiatives and Results – Communicating and disseminating initiatives, best practices, and performance outcomes

The Person

Bringing a wealth of hands-on experience in the dynamic realm of SEO is key, whether within an in-house team or agency setting, you’ll thrive on the intricacies of keyword research, daily optimization, and comprehensive analysis. Juggling multiple projects will be second nature to you, thanks to a keen self-management skill set. Beyond the technicalities, you’ll bring valuable experience in content marketing and campaign execution. With a commitment to excellence, you’ll not only respect diverse perspectives but also actively contribute to creating an environment where individuals are empowered to excel and live by shared values.
