The Role
In this role, you will develop and optimise their global social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You’ll manage the global social media calendar, ensuring streamlined content across all brand channels, including newsletters. You’ll use Later for scheduling posts and drive engagement through activities like competitions, quizzes, and shareable content. Regular reporting on community engagement and social media metrics will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you’ll oversee influencer gifting, competitions, and partnerships, assist with website and social campaign photoshoots, create educational content in collaboration with stores and workshops, run paid ads on Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and respond to customer messages across all platforms.
The Person
A creative flair, and a passion for social media. Strong knowledge of content creation software like Figma, Adobe, and Later is essential. Self-motivation, excellent planning and organizational skills and the ability to manage calendars and campaign presentations are key. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, along with knowledge of paid ads and reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
