What started as a bedroom brand with sales doubling in the first year has now grown into a dynamic team of over 50 people. Their lifestyle brand offers a diverse range of men’s and women’s clothing. From streetwear staples like hoodies and cargo pants to stylish dresses and outerwear, they cover it all. Every garment is designed in-house with passion, care and attention to detail, ensuring top-notch quality in every piece.

The Role

• Lead the brand’s social media strategy.
• Plan & execute output across key social channels.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to create brand-consistent content across multiple platforms.
• Track, analyse & report on social performance, offering actionable insights.
• Stay ahead of trends, ensuring that the social strategy is innovative and engaging.
• Be a leader & voice within the brand’s community, interacting and engaging with their customers across their social channels.
• Manage relationships with content creators and influencers.
• Oversee the social media budget.
• Conduct competitor analysis & market research.

The Person

You have proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand, bringing creativity and flair to content creation, including copywriting. Your track record of successful social media marketing campaigns demonstrates your ability to drive results. You’re well-versed in working with and managing influencers, and your passion for fashion shines through in everything you do. Confident and experienced in front of the camera, you’re ready to take on the spotlight.
